Q1. What information is required before purchase?

Before purchase, please provide actual photos of your vehicle’s front, side, and rear views, along with the car’s make and model, year of manufacture, and original VIN code (typically located on both sides of the windshield).

Q2. What steps are involved before purchase?

Step 1: Verify compatibility with your vehicle. We’ll recommend suitable options or alternative solutions matching your car’s specifications. Select any required optional parts.

Step 2: Confirm shipping method, shipping costs, and related fees.

Step 3: After order confirmation, pay a 50% deposit or 100% full payment to initiate production.

Step 4: Upon production completion, enter the inspection phase. If goods are confirmed satisfactory, pay the remaining balance.

Step 5: During shipment, we provide relevant transport documentation (e.g., customs declaration, waybill number, bill of lading) and arrange shipping insurance. Await delivery.

Q3. Liability Allocation and Confirmation Information.

If goods have not yet entered production, relevant information can be modified promptly. Once production has commenced, order information cannot be altered. If production errors occur prior to shipment due to incorrect buyer-provided information, the buyer bears all associated losses. Before shipment, replacement parts or components may be negotiated. No modifications or replacements are permitted after shipment. Only repurchasing or reshipping parts is supported. If reshipment is required due to buyer error, the buyer bears all related costs; the seller assumes no liability for such expenses. If the seller fails to produce goods based on the buyer’s actual specifications, the seller will bear the costs for remanufacturing or reshipping.

Pre-shipment inspections and packing lists will be conducted. The seller is not liable for missing parts if the packaging arrives undamaged and intact. However, the seller may assist with reordering through the production process, with all costs borne solely by the buyer.

Q4. What benefits do I receive after purchase?

First, buyers receive one year of after-sales service. This includes guidance for installation difficulties via phone or video (appointment required).

Second, you have 7 days after receiving the goods to decide whether to return them for a refund. Customized products are not eligible for return or refund. For other small accessories requiring return or exchange, buyers must ship the goods back to the designated address in China. The subsequent process will proceed after confirmation of receipt.
