How to return or exchange a radio?

Q: After installation , you will find the console OEM system display and camera display is tilted up or down or only a half of displaying .

A:you need to go to android system setting to choose the correct car model, it can fix the displaying problem (Setting—system– setting guide– car model/AC–password 666888), note there has four different car model, you need to try them one by one to test , once console displaying correctly , and it is the correct car model . (if no touching after choose the car model, please turn off your car 20 mins , and come back to test console , touch function will work)

Q: No sound from video platforms (No Sound)

A: you need to connect original car bluetooth to activate sound: Touch “console” app — Phone– edit icon (if it has your mobile phone bluetooth record you need to forget it first) –Forget Phone–Add Phone– Bluetooth icon (it will come out “myChevrolet” or “myGMC” at the bottom –touch “myChevrolet”–Pair–connected (GT6-BTD display on conosle)–go to play music to test sound , it will work)

Note : on console you only can keep “GT6-BTD” bleutooth record at here. don’t connect with your phone bluetooth at here , if you connect with your phone on console, you will loose the sound on android system

Q:How to connect carplay or android auto?

A: go to android system to connect android bluetooth and open car auto it can use the carplay.
